How we can help you

Our Approach

In 2012, plans began for the launch of the First Coast Technical College Education Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to assist FCTC students in their pursuit of excellence by supplementing traditional funding. To that end, the Foundation seeks to attract private funds, grants and resources which will complement, enhance and enrich FCTC programs and provide opportunities for students. In doing so, the Education Foundation will help ensure that area students have access to a high-quality education that prepares them for today’s workforce.

To meet these goals, the Foundation hopes to provide scholarships for students in need and technology grants to programs for investment in tools that will better prepare FCTC students for tomorrow’s workforce.

Success will depend on partnerships with our community. Many opportunities are available for individuals, organizations and businesses interested in helping us plan for the future relevancy and vibrancy of the College. These include:

  • Donating to our scholarship funds to assist students in need
  • Assisting us in building pioneering and responsive relationships with local businesses and industry and
  • Providing your time and talent to special events or other Foundation initiatives.
